It shows great insight into her thinking as she interprets our Constitution. “Human rights,” as she understands it, does not mean what our Founders meant. It probably includes “homosexual rights,” and “women’s rights,” but probably not freedom of religion as Madison, for instance, understood that. Probably it is even different from the UN Declaration of Rights from 1948.

It does indeed! IIRC, she is the one who invokes foreign law most frequently in her opinions. So much for her oath of office!
