Not trying to be a smart guy, but after you eat up your years worth of food and shoot anyone who tries to get it - then what? Who knows, but if the whole economy collapses, we’re going to be in so much trouble no amount of “prepping” will ensure long-term survival. They all talk about Gold, Silver, Food, Water, Barter items, etc. Those smart preparations mean very little if you are not trained, prepared, and equipped with good fire arms, lots of ammo, and a defensible piece of property as far away from urban areas as possible.

There is a doctor associate with survivalblog.com that will sell you antibiotics for a relatively high but reasonable price. There is another alternative that some of us use strictly for SHTF scenarios:

They are supposed to be the same as human antibiotics and much, much cheaper. If you have a good doctor he may prescribe you some to store.
