RICHMOND The Virginia Senate passed a bill Wednesday that would require women to have an ultrasound before an abortion, the first of several legislative measures this year that are expected to dramatically alter abortion law in the state. Democrats and moderates in the Senate had rejected a similar bill each year for the past decade, arguing that the measure is designed to discourage women from the procedure. but are women required to look at it and be fully informed about what an abortion is?
“Fully informing” the patient is now called a violation of “doctors” free speech rights. By the MSM and the left here in Texas.
No kidding.
In any other situation it would be medical malpractice not to inform the patient.
