She is definitely for Newt.
She is today, but I don’t think she is “for” Newt as much as she is for an extended primary with lots of time to sort these guys out. In one interview she referred to Newt as “an imperfect vessel” for the Tea Party. She is not enamoured of him, but prefers him to Romney. I would expect to see her get behind Santorum in the next primary to spread the votes out among three or four candidates thus making it harder for any of them to reach the needed majority I think Sarah would like to see a brokered convention and is working to advance that possiblilty. I wonder why.
