KINGSTON, Ontario – A jury on Sunday found an Afghan father, his wife and their son guilty of killing three teenage sisters and a co-wife in what the judge described as "cold-blooded, shameful murders" resulting from a "twisted concept of honor."
The jury took 15 hours to find Mohammad Shafia, 58; his wife Tooba Yahya, 42; and their son Hamed, 21, each guilty of four counts of first-degree murder in a case that shocked and riveted Canadians from coast to coast.

Whenever things like this happen, we don’t need to read the religion of those involved. Even atheists don’t do things like this.
It floors me that in reality television, Muslims are portrayed as normal, middle-class average Joes and Janes while Americans are portrayed by Paris Hilton and the Kardashian Sisters.

I’d sure like to know what the evidence was. Did eyewitnesses see this bunch load the corpses in the car and push it into the drink or was the water in the victim’s lungs different from the water in the canal?

Good. I am very pleased with this result. Maybe we should have had Casey Anthony’s case moved to Canada? Obviously, their system worked this time. However, from what I understand, these girls cried out for help and received none.
Curious what the sentence will be.

I read that three of the victims’ heads showed bruising in back but you are right that almost none of the forensic evidence has been discussed in the articles about the case.
I assume that the victims were supposed to have been unconscious when the car went in the water.
Sometimes, a desperate froideur comes over me, and I want to say “If muslim men think muslim women are expendable, who am I to argue.” I dislike Islam that much. I’m not proud of it. I’m just saying it comes over me.
