For the first time, this morning in Georgia, the question of Obama’s eligibility to serve, became official. No longer the stuff of speculation, no longer dismissible by liberals as something which will never be heard in court, Obama’s eligibility became a matter of an official court record.

You raise an EXCELLENT detailed discrepancy point that is like the many I’ve noted during the entire “Who is OB?” investigation.
(1) The SSA# being used by OB seems to have been associated with a gent born in 1890, but who never worked or used it.
(2) Sometime in the mid 70s, this number somehow became associated with OB.
(3) The claim that it was issued to “someone” in CT at a time that OB was nowhere nearby is what sheds suspicion onto the legitimacy of OB using this particular SSA#.
(4) If indeed, the original application for this SSA#, (which OB is fighting tooth and nail to suppress), shows that ANYONE other than OB applied for it, the game is over.
(5) Don’t expect them to release that application willingly (ie w/o involving the SCOTUS).
I think the clincher is, as I undetstand it, that this person died IN HAWAII ! — and Grandma most likely had his SS# transferred to her grandson....a CRIME worth investigating ! I read Orly’s messages regarding Sheriff Joe’s Cold Case Posse earlier - I dontaed to his case and after reading Orly’s comments, I am quite dismayed that this sheriff chose to do NOTHING at this crucial hearing. Here is the guy that purposedly said “show me the micro-fiche ! “ and now he (like Trump) is lying down like a dead duck on this outrageous BC fraud ! What gives ?????? P.S. Mr. Wright - I like your “Whitey House” line !

The best possible outcome would be, that this judge writes on Wednesday or Thursday... This court finds that Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen according to Article II, and is therefore not eligible to be on any Georgia ballot....and the judge may very well write that. It would be the clearest way to state his finding so that it gets the most attention from the MSM and other states, and is not written off as just a local 'ballot access' issue! |
One possible explanation: vote manufacturing will not affect local elections nearly as much as national elections, i.e. the rats can manufacture all the votes they like in their own districts and pubbies will still win THEIRS, but the same is not true of a national election. GIVEN that, nobody should feel any remorse about shutting the dems down by shutting down a campaign for an illegitimate candidate like Bork Obunga when pubbies have the power in the state governments to do it.
This would seem to argue against a birth on U.S. soil in any U.S. state or territory.
Here's a thought to entertain: If BO wasn't born in Honolulu, HI (as he so claims) do you think he'd be too embarrassed to admit he was really born in oh, let's say St. Louis MO, or Pocatello ID, or some other such place? No? If he really had been born ANYWHERE in the U.S. he would have admitted the evidence by now, however sheepishly (since such evidence wouldn't jibe with the "Dreams from My Father" narrative of his life).
Looking at the evidence presented at the hearing, Judge Malihi and Sec. of State Kemp could claim that Obama is not eligible for the Georgia ballot for 3 distinct reasons, none of which are place of birth.
1. His father was never a U.S. citizen so Obama fails to meet the Minor vs Happersett standard for Natural Born Citizen. Any standard for NBC other than that found in Minor vs Happersett would permit the child of Fidel Castro or Hugo Chavez to be Pres. of the U.S. if said child was born on U.S. soil to a U.S. citizen mother and met the other qualifications listed in Article 2, Section 1 of our Constitution.
2. Based on passport and Indonesian school records placed in evidence, it would appear that Obama is currently an Indonesian citizen as there was nothing presented by Obama or his attorney showing he restored his U.S. citizenship upon returning to the U.S. You would think it would be relatively easy to show proof that his U.S. citizenship had been restored when he returned to Hawaii.
3. Because the Social Security # he is using fails when submitted for the E-Verify program, he would be ineligible for federal employment because he is committing felony fraud by using a SSN issued to someone else.

if 9dumbo has been using tat SSN in his own name all these years I guess the social security dept never checks the name against the registered name unles someone E-verifies?

The number belonged to a Harrison J. Bounel, who was a relative of Michelle Obama. I saw this in the SS Death Index. Last time I checked, it had been taken off the Index.

The number referenced here is the SSN 0dumbo used and has been shown to belong to a Mr Ludwig of conn
what number are you referencing?
I did see 0dumbos draft registration with this Conn SSN and I know that is still archived somewhere where 0dumbo can erase
