The trend with these ballot challenges are catching on at a substantial rate. I don't think the Obama team was planning on this to happen. We have had challenges filed in New Hampshire, Alabama, Georgia and now Illinois, Barack Obama's state where he was a Senator. It will be interesting to see the outcome of this.

I like these ballot access challenges. The standing is built right into the law, making them *much* harder to have dismissed before any evidence or discovery is allowed to be entered in court.

(I doubt the LF COLB that is/was on the WH server - complete with smiley face signature stamp- is going to be presented by Obama in any court, and not all these cases including this one are even challenging that LF COLB.)

Thanks for responding. Illinois is the state where Obama exercised ballot challenges against his rival candidates when he ran for the first time for state senator. The strategic tactic was successful for him. This same tactic used here by Mr. Jackson will be used against Obama.
