Mitt Romney's father, George, was born in Colonia Dublan, one of the colonies in northern Mexico that the Romneys settled in after their arrival. His mother, Lenore LaFount Romney, was born in Utah.
When Romney’s father was five years old, the Mexican Revolution broke out and his parents moved back to the United States to avoid the violence. Mitt Romney was eventually born in Michigan.

Oh yeah, he complained of being “brainwashed” too, and that didn’t help, but I’m not sure a Morman can be brainwashed, anymore than an Irishman can be psychoanalyzed, so it was because he wasn’t a natural born citizen.
Today it wouldn’t be a problem for him, if the lamestream media was on his side.

To be fair, the guy has done more than post this - although he does seem to be mainly interested in GOP primary politics. Not particularly Liberal, though.
I think it smacks of Mitt not being a "Natural born" citizen.
The Romneys fled Utah territory around 1887, ,which was not a state until 1896, and went to Mexico, where Mitt's father was born.

If he became the POTUS, he would be at least the second ineligible president. With Hussein getting a free pass, Romney will seal the deal making anyone from Castro's to Putin's offspring free to run. Even the GOP don't need no stinkin' Constitution.
As I thought, the article mentions WHY Mitt’s family and other Mormons originally moved down to Mexico—because they wanted to continue having polygamous marriages and the U.S. wouldn’t let them do it.
Evidently the polygamy stopped at some point, although I don’t know when.
