ATLANTA (AP) - A Georgia judge has denied a motion by President Barack Obama that sought to dismiss a complaint that would keep his name off the state's ballot during the March presidential primary.

The Columbus Ledger-Enquirer reports (http://bit.ly/wa7YJs ) that California lawyer Orly Taitz filed a complaint in November on behalf of a Georgia resident arguing that Obama isn't a natural born citizen and is not eligible to be president.

I found this on one TV station's web page. It can't be bottled up forever now.

Don’t get your hopes up that The Constitution will be upheld. The judge will undergo re-indoctrination in time to rule for the kenyan.

I can’t believe all these years later this is still an issue, why doesn’t Obama just order all his records opened, and end this once and for all?

Won't go anywhere. Most we can hope for is that it keeps 0bama off the ballot in Georgia, which, of course, is a racist state anyway, and is only doing it because he's black.

That's great news. Sarah for VP? Either way, she's a force to be reckoned with and isn't going away. She knows the USA needs immediate intensive care if we are to survive.

"Won't go anywhere."

It "won't go anywhere" with a defeatist attitude like that.

Stand up and defend the Constitution. Make yourself heard!

Lord, let this Judge be protected from the forces of evil, and let him be the instrument of your vengeance for crimes against your children. Amen.

I don't think Obama could withstand the publicity resulting from even one state officially finding him to be ineligible to run for president.

AMEN! If we won't stand up for it now, with the Kenyan Bastard raping it at will, we're done.

One state would be all it would take to drop his house of cards,

but no one wants to be first.

Whenever Orly steps into the batters box, it seems to be a self-defeating swing and a miss. Many times she has missed the mark due to her own doing on process. This particular case, she may raise her batting average to something greater than .000.

This may also be yet another teachable moment in the difference between "citizenship" and being a "natural-born citizen".

This case seems to set aside place of birth or authentication of birth records, and concentrates on the real issue of "natural-born" citizen as was the intent in the Constitution, bolstered by case law, and commonly defined in civil law. The baby-daddy ain't no US citizen, so the baby ain't no NBC.

So the pejorative of "Birther" may need to be morphed into "Constitutioner". Either way, if this case gets traction, it may play in to the violence that has been threatened in the passed.

Judge Malihi, appointed during Zell Miller’s administration, before “spitballs.”

Probably just wants a chance to get Orly into his courtroom to sanction her.

Keeping Obummer off even ONE state ballot will cripple his chances for re-election.

Barring a write-in candidacy (a long-shot even on a good day), Obummer would give up Georgia’s 16 electoral college votes. With 270 electoral votes required to win the presidency, that makes his job that much tougher.

Similar measures to disqualify Obummer from the ballot are underway in Tennesee (with 11 EC votes), Arizona (11) and New Hampshire (4).

There’s more information here, if you trust World Net Daily:

I believe that it has also been filed in Texas.

I don’t know how many different states in all. The more the better.

The more the better indeed. Hopefully, it’ll be so many that even the Communist drivebys won’t be able to completely ignore it.
