Uh,this isn’t what I had in mind....

I don’t think stuart is looking for blame, rather justification. Ask him whether he believes Jesus’ claim of being God incarnate and bringing us redemption.

No, I’m not asking Him, I’m asking if you believe it.
If you believe that God cannot be wrong, and knows what you will do. How can you NOT do it? Could you do anything other?
That is not asking God anything, it’s asking you what you think you can or cannot do.
That can easily be answered with a yes or a no.
I’d rather not. The god that he has created is twisted. ;-)
God not being constrained by time and knowing all events AT THE SAME TIME forces man to do NOTHING. Gods knowledge does not FORCE man to do ANYTHING.
If there truly is only one God, how can someone have a false or wrong God? How could that even exist?
By the way, what is a god? A thought, a word, description, a figment of someone’s imagination? The word god isn’t even relevant when speaking about the creator. How could it be? The whole concept of worshipping something as a god, doesn’t even make sense to me. Please explain about this, or these, gods you talk about.
Why not? He can do anything can’t He? Perhaps it doesn’t force anything, but just moves a persons’ course in life?
People put God in a box of their own design and deny who He says He is. They create their own "god".

Whatever people prize above all else. For some, they worship money, or power, or possessions. That is their god.
That just doesn’t make any sense. God is God, we can’t manipulate Him.
How can anyone possibly believe that money or power, etc., could be God? That stuff doesn’t create life, it’s man-made.
Your premise is that because God knows everything He must be forcing us to do things. That is not so. God’s knowledge is HIS. Just because He knows what choices you’ll make does not mean He is FORCING you to make those choices.
Whatever a person worships, that is their god.

Do you mean that when these people pray, they say Dear (mony, power, etc), please help me? Do they actually think those things are any more than man-made objects? I just do not understand what you can mean by worshipping these things as they would God.
I’m not saying anything is wrong or right. This ship has a raffle for this event, it’s a big deal after a cruise. It was just a coincidence, that it was a gay couple. Her division also bought tickets in her name, but there were others on the ship that had way more than she did. She won a rqaffle, it’s as simple as that.

There are millions of people that never pray. Why do you assume that they do? They chase after and worship other things. They spend their lives loving things that are NOT God. He doesn't even exist for them.
Everyone has a god. Some of us know God. Some know other gods. Whatever you yearn for in life becomes your god.
