Oh yes. but look at it this way. If they block the Strait, not only would we have an immediate oil crisis (ala Jimmah Carter). But the Saudi’s would start losing money.
A two fer. Stop U.S. in our tracks (Zero to veto Keystone leg), and the Saudi Royals would be weakened.
But submarines would love to play that game!
