Last week in Boston, a seven-year-old boy named Mark got into a fight with a bully. The bully put his hands around the boy's throat and began to squeeze. That's when Mark fought back; he kicked his aggressor right in the family jewels. In a normal society, we'd celebrate Mark. Throw him a ticker tape parade or something. Bullies need a sharp kick to the testicles. That's how you convince them that bullying is wrong.
But in Boston, Mark was charged with sexual assault.

Soooo, Lemme get this straight.
If any woman, who is being raped, kicks her attacker in the jewels, then she WILL be charged with a sexual assault?
Is that how it works for you idiot liberals?
Our youngest son is 12 years old and a green belt in Shotokan Karate. A year ago, the last bully that picked on him got his 2 front teeth knocked out. The school principle wanted to suspend him for 3 days for violence. I threatened to sue them for failure to provide adequate supervision, and they quickly changed their tune. The vice principle told me that he ought to give my son a good paddling. Our response was; "Go ahead and try, and you'll get your 2 front teeth knocked out also". We haven't heard a peep from them since and by the way, our son hasn't been picked on since then either. The best way to deal with a bully or liberal school administrators is to return the pain double.
Doing right is rarely, if ever rewarded by today’s society. This is why you have to do it anyways.

This story wasn’t stupid enough when it charged this kid for defencing himself it got totally retarded when they charged the victim a, 7 year old with a sexual assault.
Some stories just make you want to take the idiots who do things like this and just shake them until their eyes rattle. I know: No shaking.
The beauty of a zero-tolerance policy is it keeps you from having to think about things.

the parents should sue. there was no sexual assault in this case. it was self defense. SUE!
These major liberal town attract those who are to lazy to work and wish to live on welfare. They are succumbing to an evil that God can only deal with.Without the high taxes and government like Obama wants they cannot survive. It is time for hard working honest Americans to face the facts and take our communities back from these thugs.Liberal judges bring this about also. A few weeks ago 5 black thugs beat one white kid almost to death. They ended up with probation. Time to stand up and be counted if you wish to survive liberalism in America.
A good example for any young person in case of attacks by schoolyard bullying. What, by the way, is the kind of karate you mentioned? I have two grandsons and would like to have them able to protect themselves especially in this day and age. Thanks in advance, R
This line of thinking as I recall is similar in the UK. Defend yourself from a burglar and the homeowner is the bad guy. Amazing!

If they want to charge Mark with sexual assault, then the parents should demand that the bully be charged with attempted murder.

Bravo for you and your son. I’m fifty-five. My Dad taught me and my four brothers to box and to stand up for ourselves. I studied Goshin Do karate years ago. I’ll never forget when my oldest brother was picked on by three kids in the schoolyard. He bit one of them. The kids father was a doctor. This doctor called my dad up complaining about how awful it was what brother had done and how the bite could have become infected. My dad calmly offered the good doctor a chance to get together and discuss the matter ‘’like men’’. The doctor declined and the word went out to not pick on my brother. I remember some wisdom one of my old Catholic school nuns once imparted to me, certainly applies to bullies, Sister Mary Immaculata said, “Young man, never discount the spiritually transforming experience of pain’’.(You’d have to understand yours truly wasn’t always the ,uh, most attentive of students in class, hence sisters words.)
Young Mark desrerves an “attaboy” for standing up for himself. Instead, he will be singled out and neutered by the hand wringing femi-nazi types. Word of advice for young Mark: ditch that sh!thole of a state as soon as you can and go somewhere you are allowed to stand up for yourself, you know, like our Founding Fathers intended.

If he had ATTACKED the other boy by kicking him in the groin, THAT would have been sexual assault. But defending yourself against an attacker is NOT sexual assault. What is it with liberals that they can't tell the difference?
A “throw-down” at my school the other day... “Nerd-boy” had enough of the tauntings from a kid with apparent “little-boy’s disease”. Retaliated. Other kids then jumped in and “beat the brat to a pulp”. All involved have consequences, but I think the situation was handled fairly by admin. Guess we’ll see if there are any repercussions.
