Thanks for posting this, wasn't Holder involved with this whole fiasco? The Clintonites are regurgitated in this administration.

Yeah, how is he doing? I don’t even know, and I can guarantee that this young man is uneducated, unemployed and probably no better off than his father...

His mother died trying to save him from living under a Communist dictator. The USG failed him.

Here is what the Left thinks is justified Child Protective Services. Why worry about seeing a case take it's legal course through our courts, when you can legislate justice from the barrel of a gun.
I will never forget this picture, and the men who allowed themselves to be used by our government in this manner. Damn each and every one of them.

If a slave mother escaped with her child, only to die during the journey - how many would insist that the child be returned to his slave father - and returned to slavery - and the slave master?
Communism = slavery.
Slave master = Castro.
Elian is a good slave to Castro and his Cuban plantation.

Special place in HELL for Janet Reno and the rest of the goons that worked tirelessly on that creep Castro’s behalf.

He is a kid who could have had anything, and now he has to settle for being in Castro’s military, and that’s the best he can hope for.

I have to agree.
If the case has wound it’s way through the due process of the courts, and it was deemed Elian should go back, and the family resisted, at some point you do have to take action.
That wasn’t the case. The family acted in Elian’s best interest, and wasn’t breaking any laws. Court cases were still pending.
Reno and her storm-troopers, violated everyone’s rights, including Elian’s.
Ultimately a judge may have found that Elian’s dad was not the caretaker parent, or that he had been abusive to Elian or some such.
No need to check into it folks. The Clinton’s and their henchmen never had to abide by the law. Why would they here?

His father had a claim that couldn’t be disputed; if he died on the way over people would be furious at the mother.
