The Scandanivian countries, in fact pretty much all of Western Europe seem to be populated by either a virulent strain of fascist/Jewish haters, or the vast majority of whites who are so cowardly that you could punch them & kick them in public while they fall down begging for mercy. For Scandinavian men to allow this to happen to their wives, daughters or girl friends is beyond cowardly. We probably need to go back about 500 years to get to the original Vikings to get courage & balls among the Scandahoovians.

Yes, most do, but there are hoops to jump through to get there if you are a run of the mill law-abiding citizen. Serious hoops if you actually want to carry a handgun on the street. (Still possible, though, if you have a good-enough argument.)

As anywhere else, this does of course not deter criminals. Just yesterday there was a story from Germany where an Iraqi "refugee" father shot his 13-year-old daughter point blank in the head (she's dead) in front of a "social services" agency because she did not want to live in that family anymore. The scumbag is still on the run. But he had a gun, while the ever-more victmized populace has a slim chance of that advantage.

Yes under various conditions. The Czech Republic, Finland and Switzerland are among the more liberal and Switzerland is a special case because many adults are members of the military and are expected to store their official weapons in their own homes.
