There should be a special category of crime for flash mobs.
There already is: RICO LAWS! This is organized crime - PERIOD! It is designed to allow mass damage to the victim along with less chances of being thwarted (due to the sheer numbers)!
If the local police were smart, they would research all the social media and text messaging, etc... and go after the leaders - HARD! Which would discourage other idiots from continuing this mob violence which is going to run into the wrong store with the RIGHT clientele and several people are going to be DEAD!
