Sessions presses Holder on Justice Kagan's involvement with health law
The Hill ^ | 11/16/11 | Julian Pecquet

Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) on Tuesday pressed Attorney General Eric Holder for more information about Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan's involvement with the healthcare reform law after new emails emerged showing her rooting for the law when she was solicitor general. (snip) The emails have rekindled calls for Kagan to recuse herself from ruling on the healthcare reform law next year because of a provision of the U.S. code that calls on justices to disqualify themselves when they have "expressed an opinion concerning the merits of the particular case in controversy" while in government service.

“she’s not going to recuse herself.”

Besides, we need the perspective of all three sexes.

Again how did Holder know that Kagen needed to be removed from discussions of Obamacare before she became a USSC Justice?

Check out this video of Sen. Lee (R-Utah) asking Holder a question about Obamacare. His question begins at 110:50 into the video. The video does not need to load you can jump straight to 110.50

I would bet the farm on her not recusing herself.

These people have no conscience.

"she’s not going to recuse herself."

Her support of national health care is why she was selected to be on the court.

This is why it is imperative that we toss Obarfa out of office so he can't appoint more liberal ideologues by supporting the GOP nominee no matter what. A box of corn flacks. Anyone. If we want our free nation to survive.

The ‘law makers’ have systematically and with malice of forethought, over the yeas, passed laws that allow them all to be lawless and untouchable.

Her own words are evidence that she is biased.

With se=such evidence, it should not be her decision alone whether or not to recuse.

WE need a law that nullifies life time appointments for these judges. They should be term limited - 20 years max.

You say: “It is very difficult to watch this. He obviously lying through his teeth. Frustrating.”

Lying is perfectly acceptable to him and his minions.

Remember this?

http://www.naturalnews.com/034066_FOIA_Justice_Department.html

“Justice Department seeks to pass rule allowing government officials to lie in response to FOIA requests”

That they would actually propose this is evidence that they think it’s perfectly acceptable...they just don’t want to be held accountable for it.

Every time they testify ad it’s obvious they’re lying through their teeth, they should be reminded that their proposal didn’t make it into law...and quote the proposal so people will hear it.

Pointing out her obvious conflict of interest every day until the verdict comes down from Mt. Olympus is a winner for us.

If they rule against Obama he loses, if they rule for Obama he loses. It just gives us more impetus to vote Obama out... he’s wrong for America either way.

We cannot let him appoint the next SCJ. Our next President must be a Republican with a Republican House and Senate. Then Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Stephen Breyer can retire to our benefit.
