Playbook has the script of a new radio ad airing in South Carolina this week from the pro-Rick Perry super PAC Make Us Great Again, featuring praise from Rush Limbaugh and former Focus on the Family head James Dobson:

Well, Rush pretty much praises all of them... so that’s really no big deal. That’s as good as the ad gets? Pretty sad.
is jimmy dobson gonna start saying if Newt is or ain’t a real Christian and monitorin’ the church attendance? Wonder if Cain meets the right Dominionist criteria?

I agree with Rush that Perry’s Tax Plan is fabulous!
I wonder if Perry got permission to use Rush’s name in the ad? If he didn’t I think he’s shot himself in the foot again. Haven’t senn/heard the ad. But if the ad’s intent is to make it look like a Rush endorsement I believe the s*** will hit the fan tomorrow at one or two PM (depending on when Rush’s show comes on).

If Rush has what is tentamount to taking sides it flies in the face of things he’s been saying this past two weeks or so.
If he is endorsing Perry El Rushbo has made a bad business decision. Except as an information source, I find Rush is becoming increasingly irrelevant.
Ah, finally a Perrywinkle actually uses the “endorsed” word. Rush never endorsed Palin nor do I believe he has endorsed Perrywinkle. He may have had a nice thing or two to say about them—and Romney and Newt among others—but he did not endorse them.
The Perrywinkle team is Johnnie on the Spot, again, with a lightening canned response to any negative take on the man.
Is this your definition of a professional campaign team? Seems pretty shallow to me. There may have been a time you could pull this off. Thank God for the internet. Your so busy responding, I am convinced you really don’t know everything he’s doing is blowing up in his face.
I probably shouldn’t have said ‘endorsed’, but it came to mind naturally after Rush said all that’s written above, like;
“My dream ticket is Rick Perry or anyone like him”
“Rick Perry scares the Washington establishment”
” The Republican elites do not like Perry”
Those who can’t fight fairly, call names, like you do. I happened to see your remark and posted a graphic showing that Rush traveled to Texas and “promoted” Perry. I did it in a polite way.
You talk to me about “johnny on the spot” [that’s one of your guys], I seldom comment to people’s remarks and I never call people names.
Try to find one other time I ever bothered to respond to you.
You’ve managed to ‘be here’ one year....lotsa luck in the future.
