Thomas shut up Ted Kennedy, first and only time I think...Sure did cheer him on when he came out after Hill made her stupid remarks. He was awesome...still is awesome. The term “high tech lynching shocked all those dems on the committee.” No one ever talked to them like that before...
It’s a reference to the playbook the Left used against Clarence Thomas. This lynching has been exactly by the same book.
I would rather have Mr. Cain come out again and again and simply say that the allegations were investigated, proven to be baseless, and that he has dealt with the situation honestly. Part of being President (or any leader) is knowing which battles to pick, and when to stay above the fray and let the facts speak for themselves. If you belive Herman Cain, you will continue to do so. If not, there are choices and in my view, no amount of TV ads is likely to change your mind about that.
