Rove (and the GOP Establishment) vs. Cain
Pajamas Media ^ | November 2,2011 | AWR HAWKINS

By his own admission, Herman Cain is a black man who doesn’t want to be considered an African-American. In other words, he doesn’t want his race to be the central issue in his push for the White House. He’d rather people focus on the fact that he knows firsthand what the American Dream really is, and what it means for everyone who’s willing to work hard to achieve it. (Remember his words “I was po before I was poor,” signifying that he came from less than nothing to where he is today based on hard work.)

What has the Republican establishment worried is that Cain is a conservative black man who doesn’t want to be considered an African-American. In other words, this guy is serious when he talks about doing away with the EPA, or not funding anything that would in turn fund abortions, or simplifying the tax code by lowering most taxes across the board (and simply eliminating others).

The blueblood Republicans who thought Mitt Romney had this thing wrapped up months ago now look at Cain and all but say aloud: “How dare he?”

On Sunday, Ann Coulter described the liberal media as being “terrified of strong, conservative, black men.” I would augment her statement just a bit: the liberal media and the Republican establishment are both scared of the same thing in this instance.

For example, it’s Karl Rove, rather than Democrat strategists, who appears to be at the forefront of the effort to take Cain down. The very network for which Rove works, Fox News, recently ran the headline: “Herman Cain vs. Karl Rove.”

Rove is in the tank for Romney and always has been, just as he has been in the tank for all establishment candidates in recent memory (from John McCain nationally in 2008,

I’d bet 90% of the Conservative base doesn’t give a shit about a man or womens color. But I’m starting to think the Country Club/Establish GOP types do...

I am convinced that FOX News, Rove , and the establishment republicans ( actually thats all kinda redundant) are in a desperate play to take this uppity conservative down. He cannot sneeze without FOX “breaking news Cain sneezes, gets some on floor” kinda crap. I have never seen them treat a candidate from either party this way.

I am done with FOX

Usually, I am overly long winded in my posts. But....this one is simple!!! Herman Cain is areal & serious threat to the elite status quo of the Democrat Party, The Republican, RINO Party, POTUS Barack Hussein Obama and his “hate America ilk, the liberal, left-wing media. In other words, Mr. Cain is a game changer of major status!!! So......the “dirt bags” outlined herein are frightened to death over the Cain revolution!!! Folks, for America’s sake & future, we gotta be behind Mr. Cain’s back!!! Let the Cain revolution go forward. Your children, your grandchildren and future kiddies to come will thank and honor you as the folks that saved the American nation from tyranny and treason!!!

Fox is going off the deep-end now.

Rove will be on tonight, parsing words about “nuclear capability” vs. nuclear weapons, smearing Cain yet again.

I wonder if he’ll mention the new Quinipac Poll showing Cain breaking out over Romney by 7% ?

Not a chance FOX has become the ANTI Cain network. I have never seen them treat any candidate they way they are treating this “uppity” conservative. Smirks, chuckles new “breaking embarrassments”.... I have shut them off.

I sure don’t. What I care about is the party affiliation

What Fox News should do is get rid of Krauthammer and Rove
