Posted on 10/31/2011 8:25:28 PM PDT by truthandlife
Karl Rove said Monday that Herman Cain has failed to properly respond to the POLITICO report that at least two women accused him of inappropriate behavior, saying he needs to say yes or no.
Hes not denying, but he aint responding and thats not the best place to be, Rove said on Fox News. If these allegations are not true, say they arent true and put it behind you. If not, better get everything out sooner rather than later because in a situation like this, if there is something there, that somethings going to come out. Continue Reading Text Size

Asked whether he considered the Cain campaigns response to the allegations as sufficient, the former George W. Bush strategist answered no, criticizing the decision to evade questions about whether there were ever any financial settlements with the women.
I think Geraldo had it right last night you simply cant say go talk to the National Restaurant Association and refuse to answer the question, Were there any monetary settlements involved in these things.....
Rove added, You cant simply say go ask, go talk to somebody else. You either need to say yes or no. And if no, say no immediately. Say absolutely or not and get on with it. But if youre sitting there saying go talk to somebody else, its not going to help you.

You decide by these quotes.
Is this a joke? Karl Rove needs to STFU. I cant believe it. I see his mug on TV one more time, Im kicking it in.... grrrr
Rove’s dirty tactics have backfired and only served to make Cain’s support even stronger.
Cain has already said it is not true. Rove ought to know this. So why is he harassing Cain about it?
Typical Establishment RINO.
The “fix is in” They wanted Romney...they will make it so!
Shut up Karl.
how does one go about contacting Rove, anyone???
Karl, take your chalk board and go home.
Rove is real a piece of work. Establishment jerk. I trust that guy about as far as I can throw a fit.
With “friends” like Rove & the National Review who needs enemies? Whether you like Cain as a candidate or not (I do) we should be circling the wagons and calling out the blatantly unfair attack by Politico using vague charges and anonymous sources. Instead we get these thinly veiled attacks on Cain from those claiming to be conservatives.
I’ve come to really dislike this overfed gnome. And you’re right, this has Rove’s stinky smell all over it.
Shame that this “man” will not be properly dealt with.
tonight on Bill O'R. show he had a shitty grin, that I would have loved to slap off his fat little cheeks, so I just turned the channel, then turned TV off until Greta came on..she did a great interview with Herman Cain..
The media in this country has really hit their lowest key for me...we MUST vote Obama and his gang OUT in Nov. 2012..
Mark Levin comments on Karl Rove:
F Karl Rove.
Question to Karl Rove, yes or no. Have you quit having anal sex?
So, Rove now works for Politico. Can’t say I’m surprised.
No they won’t. Moderate Dems are going to Romney. That was the lefts strategy all along. That is now in serious danger. Cain is under attack because Romney might just lose and that leaves Obama in the wind.
Karl Marx Rove, Romney supporter.
All of this has me thinking about this video taped off of Fox last Sunday. The video starts with Wallace and Hume writing off Cain. Then there was this statement from Chris Wallace (scrubbed from the original) at the 3:25 mark:
Chris Wallace: “Let’s tell a dirty little secret which is that we, because we don’t want this to be an Obama-Romney race next year, want to see a Republican primary race. And I get the sense, Kim, that you’re suggesting that there is going to be an effort, either on his part or our part to kind of resuscitate Rick Perry.”
Rove, you piece of crap. The fact you are ignoring his denial makes me suspect your involvement.
I am getting rather sick of Rove acting like some “impartial” political bystander. He is someone’s attack dog right now.
Karl Rove hasn't changed since he entered politics. In the very first campaign he worked on, Rove stole some of the opposition's stationery and forged letters making the opponent look bad.
Rove always has been a corrupt, unethical, dishonest slimeball. You just liked him when he was being a corrupt, unethical, dishonest slimeball for Bush43.
Just think this a$$hole was advising Bush. No wonder why we have so many problems with Leftist.
With Republicans like Rove, who has time for enemies?
What a back stabbing jerk!
Rove is giving Cain the O’donnell treatment. Rove needs to stuff it.
I’m glad to say I never liked or trusted the pasty, snotty arrogance of Karl Rove, even back in the heady “magnificent bastard” Bush days when people right here were swooning over him.
He has no credibility outside the media beltway bell jar. Work for Romney? Hell yes, why not, nobody else wanted to pick up his option. Outside of Fox pity bits, he's been basically on the street since he sank the good ship Dubya.
The whole “scandal” is a straw man that can easily be disproved. Mr. Cain is as straight an arrow as a man can be. I see only positives for him in this. It will get Mr. Cain a whole lot of more free air time on just about every network. And people are going to tune in and listen to him because it is about sex. His numbers are going to just keep getting stronger.
As usual, Greta did have a good interview with Cain, but I wish I had $1 for every time he said “I can’t recall.”
My goodness, the GOP Establishment Elites have gotten their panties in a twist over Palin/Cain/Tea Party folks.
Here us a ist off all fox news contacts.
Yep, HC was the top of the news lineup most of the day, was the topic for most of both Rush, Ingraham, and Hannity, and was the main topic on at least three of my CA shows. Cain’s campaign says their rate of donations has doubled today.
Just wait until someone tattles on the campaign that perpetrated this smear.
I’m pretty sure these quotes are all from before Cain responded today.
The more the Roves of the world reveal their character, the more people will be drawn to the anti-establishment candidate. Rove can keep talking all he wants - every word will drive sane people farther from him and into the camp of somebody like Cain.
The more I see of the lies about Cain, the more I despise Romney - if only because he attracts followers who have no integrity. The lies will only backfire, as they are doing now.
Greta’s show was taped this morning. They have been running excerpts of it all day long. He knew.
After the way the GOP dismissed Christine O’Donnell in the last election, I’ve dismissed the GOP. That race was an eyeopener for me.
Rove is a wallstreet repubic and that says it all.
Karl Rove is what is wrong with the GOP. He is the voice of the Washington Establishment and is totally in Romney’s camp. He opposes the Tea Party almost every time.
Karl, please just STFU.
Those three words worked very well for Ronald Reagan. That's good enough for me.
See post 22
Karl, You’re greatly responsible for the president we have now so please put a sock in your mouth.
Rove has done more to help liberals and the democrats than he’s ever done to help conservatives.
I said on an earlier post it has Karl Rove’s finger prints all over this....several days before it came out Rove said Cain is toast....I wonder what he knew and when did he know it....some freepers disagreed, but I still say Rove..he is a scum and always has been...
Karl Rove is lower than pond scum. Such creatures will get their cumuppance. It is inevitable. God’s justice does not sleep forever.
