People! Quit beating this dead horse. We will not beat Obama with the birth cert issue.

Under what cause of action can a County Sheriff in Arizona claim jurisdiction over the privacy statutes of the State of Hawaii?
Wouldn’t a dispute between states instead require a federal court filing?
To: RobinMasters
The focus on the microfilm records of Obama’s birth arose after Arpaio’s investigators realized the birth certificates of twins born the day after Obama, the Nordykes, had been released as white-on-black copies of microfilm to the family by the Hawaii Department of Health in 1966.
They have only just realized that those copies came from microfilm, what a bunch of jokers.

If you think you can get away with committing crimes in his county then go for it.

I’d love to see Obama decked out in pink underwear.

His posse is looking into it; he’s still doing his regular job.

Ah, then on the invalidating of contractual obligations? {GM Bailout deal}
What about Libya or F&F? {Unsanctioned acts of war.}
What about the numerous exemptions for ObamaCare? {Violating much jurisprudence: see Calder v. Bull, last few paragraphs, IIRC.}

Obviously, figuring out that this group can’t figure anything out unless they get more information, is not a bombshell. The only surprise is that there is no surprise.

Not much here. All this says is he hasn’t gotten any further than anyone else.
That’s hardly news.

“We will not beat Obama with the birth cert issue.”
But...that is NO reason to simply drop it. This issue is a fundamental Constitutional question. It is no less serious than ANY OTHER Constitutional issue. The facts deserve full and unfettered airing. To date it seems that every court case has fallen due to the issue of ‘standing’, unfortunately. It appears to most folks that the ‘standing’ issue is being used by a whole complicit judiciary to avoid the eligibility question entirely.
Far too many questions to simply sweep the whole thing under the rug. And, regardless of anyone may think, it IS a Constitutional question of the first magnitude.
Stay on it, Sheriff.
