Watch and learn.

Cain is appealing on many levels.
As a main street business success and a non-politician.

However, his positions lack depth and breadth.
The media will easily continue to stump him on critical issues and his “I’ll ask the experts” response will wear thin.

The debates matter and you’ll find yourself having to decide between Newt and Mitt.

Your powers of observation are pitiful.

Try to find an issue on which you are to the right of me.

I doubt Karl is promoting Newt as Republican’s best chance to win, as i have been.
That is not the same as proclaiming him ready for sainthood.
It’s an objective assessment of the field.

Cain wouldn’t be take seriously by the independents and would ensure Ron Paul’s entry as the 3rd Party candidate. 4 more yrs. of Obama.....

Who's saying that? My Latina wife and I are both registered Indies and she's supported Cain from day one. I came around after Sarah made it clear she would not run.

I think the tendency to define Independents as between Republican and Democrat is dangerously inaccurate. Think of us as ordering "A La Carte".

Gov Palin said repeatedly that ALL the candidates needed to be vetted, they clearly have not been.

I hear many saying it does not matter if it`s true because Bill Clinton got away with it, or because the MSM gave him a pass.

Hopefully it`s all fabrications and there was no payoffs for silence.

But to suggest if it`s true it does not matter??

Others have told me the fact that Cain attends a ALL black Democrat Church, also means nothing. They use the same line that Dems used in defending Obama from Rev Wright`s Church.

While Cain`s Pastor and Congregation have not been saying gd America, but they do support infanticide and all the trimmings including supporting liberal judges on the Supreme Court...meaning they are fine with removing Christ from classroom/public square etc.

Cain is so upset by the plight of the unborn child that he remains in the ALL black Dem Church.

He openly admits that he is in disagreement with his Pastor CM Alexander as well as the congregation on issues such as abortion.

For full disclosure I am leery of Perry`s social views as well. This is the same guy that says he left the Dem party after becoming a Believer in Christ, and yet in recent years felt that Rudy G was the answer.

I do not trust any of them. the issues are to great to not vet people.

Now attack away, use the same defense Obama supporters used to defend him

.....LOL!!......well Balding Eagle, if you read this on this near dead thread, I will compromise with you. Let’s just say Chuck, Todd and Sarah prayed and God said something like “yes, a Gabby Giffords type incident could occur out there in the land of “cra-zees” America has become”. At the end of that prayer, or prayer(s), Todd said “hell no” and Chuck said the same and Sarah demurred to her love and respect for them.

I fear the left in collusion with the press has morphed this country into a third world country like Liberia where elections are decided in the street out of the end of a gunbarrel.

Bible believing people, and that includes the Palins, don’t pray like that.

Prayer, especially for such life altering issues, begins with humble supplication before God, and an earnest search for Gods leading.

Yet independents were able to take Obama "seriously?"

Amazing what media cheerleading and lack of scrutiny can accomplish, isn’t it!?!

Do you expect Cain to benefit from similar treatment?

Everybody’s favorite guy to criticize for “too much baggage”...

Newt!

Until you compare his “baggage” to the shortcomings of the other candidates.

We can retire that national debt by charging admission to Newt debating Obama!
