Herman Cain has a long and public history of being maybe the staunchest pro-life candidate ever to run. You could not mistake this. You have to be lying.

I'm a pro-life tea partying christian who feels very strongly about abortion. I'm not just a filthy liar as you've pointed out but a forgiven filthy liar.

Concerning Cain's stance on abortion I honestly feel his policies will be effectively pro-choice.

I would just encourage anyone interested to weight Cain's own words carefully on the subject of abortion.

Thanks for your hotlink. I will replay it often.

With Herman Cain’s beautiful voice, he would knock the socks off his audiences if he would end his speeches with his singing the second verse of our National Anthem.

Why do you say he is pro-choice? He corrected his previous ambiguous statements by saying that abortion should be illegal. That is the full prolife position, taken from the Declaration of Independence. You disagree?

Sure, anyone can say that. Your actions, however, speak louder. You bear false witness without any shame, making it doubtful you are a Christian. You attack the candidate chosen by the largest number of Tea Party activists with your lying statements, making it highly doubtful you are a supporter of the Tea Party. You attack with your lies one of the strongest pro-life candidates in history, a man who spent $1 million dollars just to get black voters to vote pro-life, a man supported by virtually every pro-life orginization and attacked by NARAL, making it very doubtful you are pro-life.

"By their fruits you will know them", and your posts smell like rotten "fruit".

You mean he was before he was for abortion before he was after he was against it.

Just to set the record straight.

I'm a prolife leader, so it matters to me greatly if a candidate is in fact prolife. If the words don't match the actions, or if the words are murky, alarms go off.

Cain's words, as we have already established, were murky. But then he clearly said that abortion should be illegal, as I have pointed out. Now, do his actions bear this out? Acording to the prolife organizations, and according to Alveda King, niece of MLK and serious prolifer who works with Priests for Life, he is and has always been prolife.

The fact that you support Perry should not make you blind the facts here.

Avoidance strategies are like “prevent defense” in football. Kills momentum every time. And in my unscientific opinion ultimately loses more games than it wins. Cain is and should be attacking. It is the only way to win in politics.

I don’t have much time for people who expend more energy figuring out what they don’t want to say than they do what they want to say. Offense is always the best defense.

When you have your opponent on the ropes keep beating him until he falls unconscious to the mat or the referee stops the fight. Your opponent may get off some weak shots while being battered, but as long as you retain the initiative you will win.

It’s amazing to me that the Empire State building was erected in something like 8 months. 9-ll occured over ten years ago and the former World Trade Center site is still not much more than a hole in the ground. Why? Because we have become a society obsessed with negative thinking. We are more concerned with what we can’t do than what we can do. This is not what makes great people and nations.

Never been a question with Perry. Never once. Ever.

Besides, it was just a joke.

He corrected his previous ambiguous statements

My impression is that although Cain thinks abortions is wrong it's just his opinion. An opinion that he as president would not turn into policy. Further, I suspect that he thinks that abortion is a personal decision and not something he would seek to outlaw. He went on to explain his position again just a few weeks ago.

Herman Cain on Abortion AGAIN

This was not a new position for Cain. What is new is the position he now takes. The Country needs real leadership concerning abortion not just opinions or new positions.

If you want to libel someone, you better have more than "I suspect". You have now confirmed that you bear false witness. Cain has a life of supporting laws making all abortion illegal and you know that. I don't know what your agenda is but your defamation is more than disgusting. I would rather read a post from an honest Obama supporter than someone like you who lies about their "conservatism". Come to think of it, you sound like a troll Obama supporter. I'm sure you would be better accepted over at DU, they think just like you.

The Tea Party events I've attended have been largely concentrated on fiscal responsibility not social. I've only asked for an honest assessment of Cain's own statements concerning abortion. I wouldn't call that an attack.

I only hope that humility of opinion and respect for others will continue to reign here in the face of opposing views. I sincerely hope that God blesses you in an extraordinary way.

Herman Cain: Planned Parenthood Should Be Called ‘Planned Genocide’

Herman Cain was endorsed by the Georgia Right-To-Life PAC in the 2004 US Senate GOP primary. Cain’s primary challenger from 2004, Johnny Isakson, had a pro-choice streak in his voting record and it was the reason why GRTL endorsed him.

Life, liberty & pursuit of happiness starts with unborn life
The Founding Fathers got it right. The Founding Fathers got it right because of those fundamental principles: life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. They also got it in the right order. That wasn’t an accident. Their vision meant that you could pursue happiness in America as long as you don’t infringe upon the liberties of somebody else. And you can pursue all the liberties that you want as long as you don’t infringe upon the life of anybody else. And that starts with the life of the unborn.

Defund Planned Parenthood; intent was to kill black babies
I absolutely would defund Planned Parenthood—not because I don’t believe in planning parenthood, [but because] Planned Parenthood as an organization is an absolute farce on the American people.

People who know the history of Margaret Sanger, who started Planned Parenthood, they know that the intention was not to help young women who get pregnant to plan their parenthood. No—it was a sham to be able to kill black babies.

Life begins at conception, period
I believe that life begins at conception, period. And that means that I will have to see enough evidence that someone I would appoint shares that same view. I believe that the current Supreme Court is leaning too much to the liberal side.

I’m a Christian, I’ve been a Christian all my life. I’ve been a believer in the Bible since I was 10 years old. I’m very active in my church, and there is no way I would compromise my religious beliefs about the sanctity of life. And so it starts with, will they have demonstrated, in some of their other rulings, if they come from the federal judge bench, whether or not they also share that.

Because I believe that the principles that our Founding Fathers cherished, when they founded this country, and wrote the Declaration of Independence which inspired the Constitution, they were based upon biblical principles. I want to get back to those principles as president, if I run and get elected—not rewrite those documents.

In fact, as a poster pointed out, reconstruction has begun. But it doesn’t change my basic messasge—somewhere along the line America has lost its way. And that was our belief that nothing was impossible.

We are being suppressed by the Marxists and all their useful idiots. They are in the minority, but their propaganda organs make us believe we’re in the minority. We need to get some balls and destroy these people.

Voting for RINOs will not achieve this end.
