Liberal radio hosts were furious on Friday that President Obama can't get more credit for the death of Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi. On his show, Bill Press attacked: "Obama could have carried their mother out of a burning building and these Republicans wouldn't give him any credit for it."
Then Press went further: "Let's not kid around here. When it comes to this war on terror, right, Bush and Cheney were weenies. They talked up and they didn't do crap. Obama is the killer."
Thom Hartmann was also urging the media to cover how Obama is the killer:
[Obama] has done these incredible things. He killed bin Laden! He set off the Arab Spring by going to Egypt and saying, 'Tear down these dictators,' and they did! He's ending the war in Iraq. He has fundamentally transformed our health-care system...[He] has done so many very good things...and the media doesn't even acknowledge it. The Democrats aren't doing a good job of messaging it.
Randi Rhodes was especially unhappy that Rush Limbaugh would not give Obama credit:
So Rush Limbaugh used his commentary on the death of Qadhafi as an opportunity to make a fat joke about Michelle Obama's butt? And that tells you just how much the right wing does not want to talk about this! That McCain would give Obama any credit for, uh, the effort that got Qadhafi -- that's why McCain's not President? But Obama is! Okay Rush! The nation rejected a man who would give credit to Obama in favor of -- Obama! Brilliant! Once again Rush, brilliant! Untie the other half of your freaking brain 'cause you need it so bad!
Later, she added that crediting the French and the British is stupid, since they're bigger socialists than Obama:

British and the French? Socialists! They would rather credit socialists than the American president for a job well done, for executing an event that would allowed the Libyan people to fight for their freedom and win.

I’ll never forget the time a few years back when the idiots at our local talk radio station WMAL actually decided to include Bill Press on the broadcast roster. Fortunately enough listeners complained and he lasted just a couple of weeks.
No doubt a lot of good people died from Barry’s bombs. I wouldn’t want to have been part of it especially the drone operator that spewed the horrific demonstration of barbarism.
The liberals now celebrating Obama’s international law be damned, kill-em-all philosophy are the same people who get the vapors when some convicted cop killer gets executed in America after decades of appeals and pro bono loophole-hunting by teams of grad students from the finest law schools in the Ivy League.

And I’m sure that Bill Press and his ilk ranted like madmen during the eight years of the Bush presidency demanding his impeachment, calling him a murderer, etc.

What the demented Left is too blind to acknowledge is Republicans would've been alarmed if Bush ignored the Congress and went right to the UN, if Bush had to be dragged into doing anything on Libya by the French and Brits, if Gaddafi end was being murdered, sodomized and his body left out to rot.
Look at how the Left reacted on Iraq, Saddam's capture, trial and execution. Bush was a "war criminal."
Democrats tend toward hardcore partisanship no matter how hypocritical it reveals them to be. Flawed as Republicans are, they do have some consideration for abstract principles which means they're more apt to abandon their own.

It was Press and his fellow anal-ists along with RAT polluticians who lined up to warn President Bush against "targeting" Osama bin Laden for assassination in accordance with President Ford's executive order.
It was also Press and his buddies who spittled endlessly about how President Bush better not allow drones armed with missiles to violate Pakistani air space.
