Meet the real Grover Norquist

Rep. Frank Wolf, R-Va., took to the House floor in an unusual and blistering denunciation of Norquist and his "unsavory" connections. Among those, he cited:

his ties to known terrorist financiers Abdurahman Alamoudi and Sami Al-Arian; his support for the Ground Zero mosque; his advocacy for transferring Guantanamo detainees to U.S. soil; his lobbying on behalf of Fannie Mae; his representation of the Internet gambling industry.

"Simply put," said Wolf in a sharp attack recorded on C-SPAN, "I believe Mr. Norquist is connected with or has profited from a number of unsavory people and groups out of the mainstream."

Norquist must go. One of the primary culprits in Bush administration not clearly identifying the war on terror.

OK as long as the bigger pox goes to Norquist - he’s the one who is truly a wolf in sheep clothing. Glenn Beck featured him about 2 months ago. Truly a traitor and a muslim - but I repeat myself.

I have posted several references (as well as having made my feeling known)about this BOTTOM-FEEDING, Islamic-Jihadist, pseudo-RINO, TRAITOR and as it appears he continues to enjoy the "respect" and support of the Republican Establishment Elitists it will be up to individuals like us to expose this charlatan, dirtbag and put pressure on the ACU, CPAC, Conservatie Pols and Pundits to dissacociate themselves from Norquist and isolate this dangerous, pariah.

SEE: my last post on this cretin:

Grover Norquist’s New Muslim Protégé (A MUST READ) EXCERPTS:

“To illustrate the danger of the first approach of evil habit, the Arabs have a proverb, ‘Beware of the camel’s nose,’” wrote 19th century British author, Lydia Sigourney.

Why? Because once the camel gets its nose inside the tent, his body will soon follow. And once the camel gets inside the tent, the former occupants face a choice: leave the tent, or lie down in the camel’s bed.

The Republican primary victory of Imad Afif “David” Ramadan in the 87th legislative district in Virginia on Aug. 23 reminds me of this Arab proverb – not because Ramadan is the camel’s nose. If anything, he is the camel’s tail.

Imad Ramadan is just the latest of a series of Muslim protégés discovered and promoted by Republican activist Grover Norquist, the man whose vicious personal attacks on conservative Senator Tom Coburn of Oklahoma over ethanol subsidies earlier this year (Norquist favored the corporate hand-outs; Coburn opposed them) prompted Coburn’s chief of staff to respond that Norquist has become the “chief cleric of sharia tax law.”

I don’t believe Norquist ever served in the Bush Administration, other than as an unofficial adviser because of his tax positions. An insider, to be sure.

While he probably did not serve in the Bush amin he most probably influenced the watering down of what should have been 2 clear objectives:

A. Identify the enemy clearly
B. Identify all the goals needed to obtain victory

Would you agree CVV?

(CNN) - On the same day he endorsed the conservative Marco Rubio in the Florida Senate race, Americans for Tax Reform president Grover Norquist announced he is backing another Republican who isn’t exactly a darling of the right - Sen. John McCain.

McCain has two challengers on his right flank in the Arizona Republican Senate primary - former congressman and talk show host J.D. Hayworth and Chris Simcox, a co-founder of the Minuteman movement.

Norquist is on the board of Directors of CPAC.

From January Andeerson Cooper
Earlier this month, Gaffney took to World Net Daily to accuse Khan, a Republican who served in the second Bush administration, of being a jihadist infiltrator to the Conservative Political Action Conference. Gaffney said Khan was an operative of the Muslim Brotherhood, a catch-all group that no longer operates in the United States, but which Gaffney and others connect to prominent Muslim groups like the Council on American-Islamic Relations and Muslims For America. Ooops, looks like CPAC isn’t as Conserv as they would like everyone to believe.
Ron Paul won big there.

Endorsing Rubio seems to be a smokescreen for trying to validate Obama’s citizenship credentials.

Until the american sheeple wake up, we will continue to disintegrate a once great nation - unique among all in history.

I pray to God the next election cycle restores sanity.

A big pox on all who destroy our freedoms, including, and especially, public officials who think they are entitled to more of our money and other property. This congress critter is attacking Norquist to cover his own rapacious appetite for our money.

Whether Norquist needs to be attacked for his Muslim ties is another issue. To attack him for it to try to delegitimise his criticism of tax raiser is a non sequiter at best, disingenuous at worst.

He did not. He had informal breakfast meetings of what he called the “coalition to leave us alone” which I think was what led to the infamous K street project.

I know Norquist’s ATR were involved with the Abranoff scandal.

I am so sick of the same ole same ole Lobbist and pols recycling through D.C. then try to scam the voters into buying a bill of goods. Sigh

No doubt he used his "conservative" tax patina to influence administrations, state depts., etc. to go easy on Islam. You know he's been in Condi Rice's, Karen Hughes ears. I objected only to any official Bush associations because they aren't true.

He being a conservative, and Republicans in office for the bulk of the time since 9/11, Pubbies would naturally be the main recipients of his lobbying. I doubt Obie gives Norquist or his Club for Growth the time of day. which has been his baby for a long time. Noted conservatives like foreign policy expert Michael Ledeen has questioned Grover's motives for a good while, more loudly since 9/11 and the spread of Islam.

I believe that Norquist put those obnoxious words “the religion of peace” on George W. Bush’s lips. And what a disappointment Bush was in that regard, didn’t they teach history at Yale? Couldn’t he go to the library and read up on the history of Islam? For that matter where was he since the Palestinian Liberation Organization? The world has been plagued by Islamic extremism since the late sixties.

Norquist has been the king maker, I don’t know if there is anyone else who performs a similar role as he does, but now there will be a new king maker — Sarah Palin.
