You say you now live in CA with a H.S. student. So he would qualify for CA's residency tuition. Or, your son could move back to TX, get a driver's license, live there a year, and then qualify in TX.

You see, it is a residency requirement that you forfeited when you moved.

If Obama were against abortion and continued his stance on every other issue taking this country into an isalmic, sharia law,socialist or communist state, and Romney were our Repub nominee..you would have no problem voting for Obama.
