Sealed records almost have to be part of the equation. Either that or HDOH staff have been brazenly lying at great personal risk.
Sealed records explain a lot. Sealed records create a legal black hole. Even worse, sealed records may legally create an alternate legal ‘truth’ that does not at all match the actual truth.
So how do you tell if there is black hole there when you can not see a black hole. Like in space, you look at what is going on around the black hole. In 2008, Brian Schatz refused to validate BHO II as Constitutionally eligible as required by Hawaii law. As HDP chairman and with access to the lawyer who represented SAD in the Soetoro divorce Schatz had a view into the black hole.
Schatz knows. He has access to an Oracle who knows what is in the black hole - Gilardy H William Jr.
I remember reading that there was political turmoil at the time Zero came back to the US and that was the reason.
I think the kid who came back to the US was the guy in the WH now, who assumed the identity of BHO around age 3 when he came to HI.

I've seen that theory by Sven before. Many of us have.
Certainly plausible, and makes for quite a juicy story.
However, after all this time it remains without proof. It is...a theory.
Let's not forget though, that Barry was literally born a British subject. This is the *original* issue with his eligibility that predates any alleged adoption or court sealing of records.
As a British subject, and not being able to avail the "grandfather" clause...is what makes him not eligible...no matter what else happened after his birth.
Of course, I know...that you already know all that and the historical details that make it so.
