I wouldn’t count my chickens before they’re hatched in this District but it would speak volumes about Obama’s and the Dems vulnerability. Hopefully, it breaks those folks’ lifelong addiction to pulling the D lever regardless of who’s on it. The R, given the District, will be a moderate, or as we like to say here at FR, a “RINO.”

If Republicans really win this, it bodes well for their chances in urban working class areas.

Turner has been ahead now by about 5 for a couple weeks. This combined with the endorsement of Dov Hikind, who usually backs winners, looks good.

“Obamas approval rating stood at 43 percent, with 54 percent disapproving.”

Hank Sheinkopf, a Democratic consultant in New York. LOL. A slight adjustment in the spelling of this guy's name and a humorous and appropriate name would result. (Anyone read Catch 22?)

the result, many observers suggest, of the toxic national political environment Gotta love it. Its the "toxic environment". "Both sides" are at fault for the loss. Great spinning for the love of your life, Chris.
