Well, that may be another issue.

The point is, the Canadians are releasing private medical records.

Example: A person loses their spouse and gets treatment afterward for depression. 2 yrs later, they want to come to the U.S. to vist their grandchildren. They apply for & receive a visa and then get turned away at the airport.
That’s really screwed up.

It doesn’t sound as though they are sharing medical files. It sounds more like police information as it is described in the article.

Canadian privacy is not of concern here. They can do what they want to each other.
