Perry was Al Gore's campaign Manager

This is not true. Perry has stated this was not true, and the Texas democrats who worked that campaign stated last week, via the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, that this was not true.

You have declared, via this letter, that Perry thanked Hillary for wanting to pass government run healthcare. Where does he say this? He never does.

What do you need, a brick to hit you on the head to get you to wake up?

The whole letter was about Perry praising Hillary for attempting to reform Health Care, not only that, Perry then goes on to make suggestions to Hillary about things she needs to look into to reform?

Is English your 2nd language?

Notable & Quotable: Rick Perry defends support of Al Gore:...In an interview with Des Moines-based WHO radio on Monday, GOP presidential hopeful Rick Perry explained and defended some of his past positions, including his support for Al Gore’s failed presidential bid in 1988 for which he served as a state campaign coordinator:

Before you support a candidate, and before you post in support of him/her, you need to do your own research, otherwise, you look like either a campaign volunteer or a paid operative.

Wow you talk, but diarrhea just comes out of your mouth.

Five days after his inauguration in 1993, bill
Clinton named his wife to chair a newly established
President’s Task Force on National Health
Care Reform.
From that moment, the public had
the impression that Hillary Clinton and the task
force under her direction were responsible for coming up
with the administration’s reform plan. And when that plan
went down to defeat, many people assigned her a large share
of the blame.

How can Perry support Hillarycare in April 2003 when Hillarycare was non-existent until November 2003?

"you’re welcome to Obama. I have big disagreements with Perry on several issues, but man, what’s your alternative?"

How about finding an alternative outside of a corrupt and doomed political system? Ever think of that? Don't follow leaders.

YOU! That's the alternative.

Did I just not state that Hillary was named the head of that task force? Hillarycare was non-existent until November 2003. This letter was written in April 2003.

Obama’s own base is abandoning him. His own party is completely demoralized due to his own actions. Republicans are energized.

Moderates and the disinterested are unemployed. What leg does Obama have to stand on?

This is not true. Perry has stated this was not true, and the Texas democrats who worked that campaign stated last week, via the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, that this was not true.

Let me also pointed out that what Perry said was a complete and utter lie:

This was Al Gore before he invented the Internet and got to be Mr. Global Warming,” Perry said. Growing up in rural Texas, he said, “I never met a Republican until I was 25. … In 1988 when you looked at the candidates, Al Gore was the most conservative candidate that was out there.” He pointed to Gore’s support for missile defense.

You know how you can tell?

Because Al Gore's American Conservative Union rating average for the 3 previous years before Perry ran his campaign in Texas was a 7.5% and all of the Abortions votes included in those three years of ratings he voted Pro-Abortion.

As a Democrat and a Politician, Perry would know this at the time. Either that, or he is real stupid.

Furthermore, for comparison, Barbara Boxer the extreme liberal Senator of California had I believe a 8% rating in 2010.

That tells you how liberal Al Gore was at the time when Perry lied about how conservative he was.

You said he was Gore’s campaign manager. I stated that was untrue. Then you posted some article saying he was Gore’s coordinator. Two different things there.

Perry is very clever if he wants to pay tuition to only those illegals in the process of becoming citizens. Since illegals
can not apply for citizenship, no one gets tuition! Very clever.

My 2 favorites are Bachmann and Cain at this juncture. If you do not
like Perry, by all means do not vote for him in primary. Just
tell us all the good things about your preferred candidate instead
of flaming other republicans.

Lastly, I am against any kind of amnesty for illegals, but
all polls show the #1 issue is economy & jobs. If 0Bama wins
2nd term, illegals will get amnesty one way or other, bet on it.

Wow, he was a coordinator vs. a campaign manager, wow, that just makes it all better now, doesn't it?

OH I'm not confused. I did manage to have a typo, which I corrected. When Perry writes a letter in April 1993, and Hillarycare isn't presented until November 1993, you cannot say Perry supported Hillarycare via that letter.

So, tell me, Tempest, what's your proof that Perry's gay?

GOPYouth thinks that the only things that are true is what Rick Perry tells him.

Given his posting history, I'd bet GOPYouth is an unpaid volunteer for the Perry campaign.

He/She is presented with verifiable facts and yet he/she keeps posting the same erroneous and logic free opinions about Perry.

Given his posting history, I'd bet GOPYouth is an unpaid volunteer for the Perry campaign.

I do not work for any campaign, and have not worked for any campaign since 1999.

I don't go around posting articles about him. I do, however, correct incorrect statements that are made on here when I see them.

I want people to judge him based on the facts, not stupid sh*t spewed by Tempest saying he's gay.

Did you read the letter before going off on another one of your atypical insane tangents.

Perhaps if you read it, you would get the context.

Hello GOPYouth?! are you there? Come out of the darkness! Your hero Rick Perry is a big time RINO. Abandon him.
