Either a Greta or Tammy Bruce interview shortly after the Ames Straw Poll and Perry announcement.

Yep, she should just give up because the polling people say she can't win 15 months before the election takes place.

Good thinking, I'm certain she'll take your advice.

““Read:

“Sarah, don’t bother running. Pretty please?””

Why? I want to see RINO and Lefty heads explode!”

Umm...I’m pretty sure the original poster was being ironic - suggesting that this just another ploy by the leftist media to stop Palin from running.”

Good Point!

I heard the same comment in an interview, I think it was Greta, and it was at least a week after Perry got in to the race.

good comeback.

So, basically, you don’t have a source.

Actually, that’s what I figured.

Come back when you have evidence, and not just an opinion.

She is not going to run. She is stringing along her supporters to empower her pac. She wants to play the role of king maker.

I meant, that is the underlying theme. They don’t want her to run. They try to deflect, disuade and deceive the true intention, which, IMHO is to keep Palin out.

You can feel the fact that Perry is going to be the Republican candidate. I’m no fan of Perry’s but there is no denying the surge of enthusiasm coming from Republicans and conservatives everywhere. IMO at this point Perry is the next President. About the only things that would be a problem is if the Dems are sitting on something so incredibly damaging to Perry’s reputation or if Hilary gets in the race.

I may be one of the last to fall to Perry’s “charms” but I will say the enthusiasm and confidence literally oozing from the right at this time feels pretty damn good. I think Sarah missed her chance. If she had jumped last month I doubt Perry would have got in the race. At the very least he would have given a lot of thought to it and his confidence may have been shaken a bit.

Also on the timing front is the fact the voters on the Right are tired of bandying about all these names and want a leader to stand behind. Not just anyone but someone perceived as strong. I wonder if this will give Sarah pause now? She’s a smart woman and there is no way she can’t help but feel the Perry groundswell.

If someone can offer a good reason why she hasn’t declared yet, I’d love to hear it. The only one I’ve heard from Palin is that she hasn’t decided yet.
If she still hasn’t decided, what is she waiting for? If she has decided — what is she waiting for?

Come on now! It's from CNN, and I'm reading about it on the Internet.

To a libtard journalist, that counts as two sources.

So it must be true!!!

I think Perry was always going to get in, regardless.

“She has also stated publicly that there is no one in the current field she could support in the primary.”

Maybe that’s because McCain isn’t running. She liked him fine, joined his ticket as I remember.

I look at it more like Cheney being sent to find a VP for Bush...

Polls are amazingly prescient 8 months from the primaries or 15 months from the election. Why look at how Rudy swept the field last time, Or how Hillary was going to be the dem nominee, or how Trump was the frontrunner a few months ago. Dukakis was unbeatable, Reagan couldn't win,

Go look up polling results for Republican candidates from August '99 and see who the front-runner was.
