Hooray! Napa Tour Kickoff Was GREAT!
We've just finished our massive kickoff rally, and we have to say a big THANK YOU to Napa, California for an hosting the Tea Party Express "Super Rally!" We were thrilled to see a wonderful crowd of thousands join us to send the message it's time to Reclaim America!
After that great sendoff just up the road from Nancy Pelosi's district, we're heading straight into Harry Reid's home state of Nevada for big rallies in Reno and Elko! You see, we refuse to be intimidated by the attacks and insults from those on the far left who want us to go away. We're hitting the road with everything we've got to send the message that We the People are stronger than "we the politicians!"

After such a great kickoff, we're more excited than ever to be back on the road fighting for fiscal responsibility and economic prosperity for all! Bullies like Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid don't like to see the tea party movement growing stronger - that's why it's more important than ever to show them we're not going away, and we won't be stopped! We need to make this tour a huge success in order to prove them WRONG
Great weather, and a good crowd of Patriots agreeing on the need to stop this great country from continuing down the path being foisted on us by the current administration and the beltway insider politicians!

It was a fantastic Tea Party, the Napa tea party puts on some great events.
Shoot, I met another FR guy today, but forgot his handle. I think the last part was Gilcrest.
They will be in Roanoke on Sept. 8th
Is there a schedule and map of their planned stops? Where will they be on Sept. 3rd?

They always ask where the Tea Party has gone. Well, if what I saw is any indication, they haven't gone anywhere, and they're stronger and more organized than ever! It's so heartening to see people continuously show up, two and a half years later. By all accounts, we should not exist anymore - yet, there you are. Government goes to those who show up. Tea Partiers are showing up.
This morning we kicked off the Tea Party Express tour in Napa with a great crowd and incredible weather. We were joined by Sharron Angle, Tony Katz and our great Tea Party Express partners.
The counter protesters were strong, but they stayed on the other side of the fence. They didn't stay long, either - they seemed to give up pretty quickly. They put all sorts of effort in, even blowing up a 15 ft. rat. Yes, a RAT. I wouldn't lie to you.
Tony Katz had a great take on this over on the Tatler.The majority of the Tea Party crowd was still partying at 1:20pm. The event officially ended at 1pm. Who has the staying power? It’s one hell of a metaphor.
Once we took off from there, we got to Sparks, Nevada - just outside of Reno. It was a beautiful little town, and despite the fact that we got stuck in traffic and showed up late there was a nice crowd that toughed in out in the heat.
Tomorrow morning we will be in Elko, then we've got a long haul for a Fireside event in Salt Lake City.
