I believe neither and I have give up even mentioning her possibilities should she run.
Not to impugn the good Governor, who has quals by the mile, but after barry the zero and dufus biden (or for that matter the current secretary of state whose only qualification was being married to a POTUS), we know there is no low bar for qualifications.
Gov. Palin has shown she understands what is needed and has a clear-headed approach to almost all situations.
Except the current Presidential race.

That is the problem. It may seam early in the cycle to some but it is quite, quite late (I am starting to worry about my guy Cain not making a move by now).

Once she runs then they will say she can’t win the nomination and once she wins the nomination then it’ll be that she cant beat Obama and once she beats Obama then they will say she won’t be a good president and once she becomes a good president then they’ll say that she was just lucky

The officer said “Palin?” The general agreed with,”Yes,she is their best—personally I would rather have Perry” he laughed “but even the Republicans aren't THAT stupid.”

When Gov. Palin officially says she isn’t running I will have to keep my computer off for at least a day because the blood and brain matter from heads exploding will probably damage my screen.

To those who think she’s not running....willing to put your money where your mouth is????
Don’t take it personally - we’re on the same side of the fence, But, unlike any of the other candidates, our people are ‘committed’. The grass roots ground troops at the ready for Palin will dwarf the ground effort of all the candidates combined! This will not be a “campaign’ for Palin, it will be a “MOVEMENT”. We expect other to join us later. But, dont wait too long.
