It is time for Boehner to step down.

I am extremely disappointed by Speaker Boehner's performance. If he won't step down, what are our options? Thank you.

Only option is to find a viable, true conservative in his district to challenge him and Primary the Weeper of House. It’s the only way to get him out of the Weepership. He loves to power too much to step down.

Not much we can do. We can hope and pray for sex scandal though. Maybe that is why he is crying all the time? Because of the guilt of all the adultery?

I’m afraid we are stuck with him until we can elect at least 125 “hobbits” to the House.

We need lots more conservatives in ‘12!

He won’t step down.

The only solution is to elect more reps in the Tea Party mold and have one of them run against him for speaker.

How is the Speaker elected?

Article I, Section 2 of the Constitution states: "The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers." The Speaker is elected by roll call vote when each new House first convenes. Customarily, the conference of each major party nominates a candidate whose name is placed in nomination. Although the Constitution does not require the Speaker to be a member of the House, all Speakers have been members. Members normally vote for the candidate of their own party conference, but could vote for any individual, whether nominated or not. To be elected, a candidate must receive an absolute majority of votes cast, which may be less than a majority of full membership of the House, because of absentees of Members voting "present." If no candidate receives the requisite majority, the roll call is repeated until a Speaker is elected.

My 2¢:

I think he did a good job. The debt limit is a trap and it was intentionally set to divide the GOP.

On to 2012...

Well, it’s appropriate that you spelt his name wrong because you OBVIOUSLY haven’t put any effort or thought into this vanity.

I know it’s frustrating, but Boehner represents his caucus which is slightly a RINO majority.

The only thing to be done is to change that caucus by defeating Dem-RINO candidates.

Defeating Dem-RINO Senate members would help too.
McConnell is even worse than Boehner because his caucus is worse.

Past time, he is a career politician protecting his job by being a traitor, and dissing conservatism.

He is a weak moron. Maybe he will have a nervous breakdown soon. Stupid clown. He probably expected a ride in AF1 and more golf with Obongo. He’s so stupid he doesn’t even realize neither will happen until Obongo wants to use him again.

“I am extremely disappointed by Speaker Boehner’s performance.”

Lots of ugly stories floating around out there about his intimidation tactics used against conservatives to twist arms and round up votes for the so-called deal. Boehner is clearly anti-Tea Party and needs to go. Donate to the Tea Party, not to the entrenched Republican apparatus.

Wow, that’s so mean. You’re going to make him cry.

As if we could get rid of him. Just like his golfing buddy, Hussein, he’s not going anywhere soon enough.
