As I’ve said before, Biden suffers classic Frontal Lobe Disinhibition Syndrome, with characteristic lack of restraint and verbal diarrhea.
Brain damaged Biden doesn’t know from one minute to the next what confabulatory insanity emits from his mouth.
He had two strokes and two neurosugreries 13 years ago. He has not been right in the head since then.
