I’s say ‘unbelievable,’ but sadly I’m not surprised. By all means, litigate all the way to the top.
I hate Detroit. I flew through there earlier this year and was the first one off my flight coming from Japan. I “opted out” (politely) of their microwave naked body scanner. They have you WAIT for the one TSA agent that does pat downs. Your stuff on the xray belt gets to sit there and you don’t get to touch it. With many people coming through at times you can’t see all of your stuff. It took about 10 minutes to go through that BS.
I went through TSA several times in the last two weeks. I was waiting for them to question me regarding my colostomy bag. Last thing they would ever want me to do is open that thing in public. It would have cleared the area faster than tear gas or pepper spray!
I heard a funny story yesterday. Someone told me that the Constitution was established to protect the People from tyranny. Yeah....I would have laughed if it wasn’t so sad.
They never saw my chain saw.
