Forgot to add that you are right - the Diamond Walnut people just need to change the wording on their packages.
People may not like the interference of the FDA, but they went after Cheerios & Quaker Oats several yrs ago before Obama even ran for president. So, to try to connect this latest action to Obama in some grand conspiracy is hysterical & stupid.
I’ve been buying my walnuts out of the back of van for years in preperation for this moment ... Walnuts are very good for you by the way ...

There might be a bit of “big pharma” / government cooperation (fascism) on this,
but mostly, it’s the commies in government that are wanting ABSOLUTE CONTROL over your life that are doing things like this.
There’s gonna be a conflict. Just make sure that no one disarms you. That simply cannot be allowed, and should be the trigger point for violently fighting back, just as when the British attempted to seize the arsenal was the start of the Revolution.
What reports? The FDA has tried many times to pull that off, but in December with the backroom middle of the night scam that passed HR2749/S.510/HR2751 they were given control of "food safety" on a huge scale. Congress was scared into passing this by the threat of "food terrorism" by our enemies. It was a total takeover of the control of food production in the U.S. There were guarantees of exemption of small producers (not processors) but that is a hollow victory by those who value freedom. And yes, it is a terrible weapon against the freedom of a people to "control" distribution of food. Life or death at the whim of a bureaucrat. That is a sobering thought.
It would seem that walnuts aren’t really the nuts which are a drug on the market.
What we are experiencing under the Marxist Muslim’s administration with respect to Federal Agencies, demonstrates the great danger of having a lot of these in place in the first place. AFT, DEA, Homeland Security come to mind. We need a FDA, but it needs VERY close monitoring.
Be sure to repackage into smaller units and FREEZE them. They don’t last long other wise. Ditto for other nuts.
Raw Almonds are good for you too.

The FDA has a SWAT team on staff. They “visited” some raw milk products farms a few months back.
