Interesting legal ploy.

"Yeahbut, she's my half-sister seventeen times removed!"

It's Kentucky. It's possible.

I have never been in either one but those who have tell me they would rather spend two days in prison than one day in the county jail. They say it really is that much worse.

Still is.

Well, assaulting the judge was pretty contemptible.

LOL, I guess it was. I went searching and found out the original 10 day contempt of court sentence was changed to 120 days. And she now faces counts of "terroristic threatening and intimidation.". Sounds like they have labeled her a terrorist.

If I was the so-called husband, I would take this 'domestic violence' evidence and burn it to DVD - many times - right now.

No need, after the altercation, the judge ruled that the domestic violence order will remain intact.

There's no reason at all that she should consider the consequences of committing violence when someone upsets her.

She hasn't got a problem with her temper, it's everyone else that has the problem. :)

Thank you so much for the update. I was wondering when her sentence would be increased, but I think maybe a hospital for the criminally insane would be more appropriate. Who attacks a judge in her own court with burly bailiffs, cameras, and witnesses all over the place? Only an bat-spit nut bucket.
