I think this case is an example of why Mexican cartels are not classified as terrorist organizations. Can you imagine what would happen if an elected official was connected to Al Queda? The Mexican cartels have their tentacles inside the Mexican government and inside American state, local, and Federal government.

State-sponsored terrorism. Somebody’s going to pay for it.

Knowing Columbus, Deming and Palomas (Mexico), this is hardly surprising. There is not much else out there to make a living off of.

An early a.m. article: New Mexico town dissolves police dept after gun smuggling scandal.

Interesting that even the New Mexico U.S. Attorney's Office has been relieved of its duties. Hmmm.

But, will he get the five years in prison and $250.000 fine, PER GUN that the law calls for?

For some reason, I doubt it.

Wrist slap, for his cooperation, in 3..2...1

Federal Gun Smuggling Charges? What, the ATF is angry over the competition to smuggle guns now? Why aren’t the ATF, FBI, DHS and Eric Holder in jail for their role in smuggling guns into Mexico?

Mexican cartels have their tentacles inside American state, local, and Federal government...facilitated by the Mexican government.

YOU GOT THAT RIGHT They are taking over inner city councils, county agencies, law enforcement and have the US COngress in all fours, all puckered up, doing anything to get votes.

ITEM A federal grand jury Friday indicted four Vallejo women, including a county employee, on charges of bank fraud and identity theft. Among the accused is Jennifer Miller, 43, an accounting supervisor in the Solano County Health and Human Services Department. Miller abused her position to allegedly obtain names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers and driver's license numbers of Solano County health and social services clients, including food stamp recipients, federal prosecutors said. Miller allegedly provided the stolen identities to accomplices who opened bank accounts in the names of the victims, prosecutors said. (Excerpt) Read more at timesheraldonline.com ...

ITEM A wave of latino councilman earmarked tax funds for "immigrant" organizations----organizations that do not exist.

ITEM In another case, latinos were asked to pay up to $2000 to get approved for Section 8 housing subsidies---govt pays 75% of the rent---but the govt does not require payment for this.

ITEM A latino councilman (whose father is a state Senator) got huge amounts of city and state funds for an organization run by the councilman's wife. She said she provided services to another organization---trouble is the second organization said they never heard of her.

===========================================

Mayor Eddie Espinoza, Columbus, NM pleads guilty to gun smuggling.

And he had plenty of US tax dollars to do it with.

WHAT IS THE MERIDA INITIATIVE? The US Congress passed legislation in late June 2008 to provide Mexico with $400 million and Central American countries with $65 million that year for the Mérida Initiative---to fight drug wars. The initiative was announced 22 Oct 2007 and signed into law June 30, 2008.

THE FACTS ARE THESE : Mexico is calculatedly staging the "war on drugs" and other border violence -- with a hidden agenda--to loot the United States treasury. Using deceit and guile, Mexico has infiltrated the US political system, from domestic to foreign policy, as well as L/E. The Mexican govt is sending millions of Reconquista shock troops from Third Worlds over the border (illegal aliens) coaching them about taking over the US system.

Mexico is the staging area for Central and South American Third World illegals to stream over the border into the US.

==============================

Central America and Mexico are conning the US -----extorting US tax dollars to support Marxist/terrorist movement via the Merida Initiative----a despicable con to arm its police and military using US tax dollars to protect terrorists and drug cartels who are moving across the border into the US.

============================================

Clearly, the Mexican govt is fomenting drug violence in order to: (1) get billions of dollars in US assistance, and, (2) to help their populations flee over the border claiming they are victims of violence and need "asylum." Asylum claims gets illegals thousands of dollars in SS funds.

Mexican Federales are getting rich using some familiar strategies:

(1) plotting to become a ward of the US;

(2) faking victimization;

(3) secretly revving up internal conflicts;

(4) play-acting the ignoramus;

(5) claiming they can't "control" their enemies without US money;

(6) organizing voting blocs----exchanging votes for US cash.

It's all a big scam---illegals are being financed and coached by Third World governments.

The corrupt federales are salivating to loot the US Treasury, to get their dirty hands on trillions in US foreign aid---and they need a voting bloc to manipulate sap-happy US govt officials.

Being born and raised in Deming I know the area also. Talking to people around there it seems we be about to lose control of more of the more isolated border areas. Lots of problems that haven’t reached the MSM. Where are you from?

Arizona. When I was in the service at Ft. Huachuca, we had a signal site up in Black Mountain and stayed at the Deming armory. Nice people there but not much for them to work at that paid much. It was back in the early 1960’s. Long, long ago.

I know black mountain well. The snow (on the few times it falls) melts there first as, some say its an inactive volcano. I served 21 years in the af and have been to the fort a couple of times, Thanks for your service.

I saw and read this yesterday.

However, I did not comment as my comment would be considered racist by *some*.
