House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa is probing what he sees as signs of an unseemly overlap between President Barack Obama’s official and political activities.
In what could be considered the committee’s sharpest probe to date of the White House, Issa sent a letter to Obama’s top lawyer Monday evening asking for a slew of documents relating to what the California Republican termed as “an array of potentially illegal fundraising behavior.”

When do the offenses reach the level that impeachment can be reached? Gunrunner, Fast and Furious, illegal campaign activities, starting a war with Libya without provocation, etc? BS has been riding rough shod over the Constitution for over 2 years now and my recollection is that all of Congress and the President swore to ‘uphold and defend the Constitution so help me god’.
The House can impeach, but it requires the Senate to convict. Remember clinton?
Pretty sure that Issa knows this, but by bringing baraq’s activities into the light, he is doing the job of the former media types.

You could live video coverage of Barry buying crew served automatic weapons from a gun show purchased with a check drawn from the Widows and Orphans Fund on US Treasury paper, then driving along the border hanging out the window gunning down women, children, young, old, Mexicans, cops and Americans, even the Pope in cold blood, and even if Walter Cronkite through a seance was commenting on the veracity of the scene - the Enemedia wouldn't cover it or even acknowledge it happened.
That and it’s a campaign issue.
