I support Bachmann, as she has the most demonstrably conservative record of any of the candidates. Give me another candidate’s positions (specifics, not platitudes) that are more conservative and I will consider backing them.
I don’t really care about the jockeying going on among the supporters of the various candidates. I want to know where the candidates stand BEFORE they take over the Oval Office.
I agree. As I hear more of her record I am more impressed.

I think she easily meets the 80 percent conservative test. She’s got cred. What I worry about with her is this penchant she has to go off topic to no purpose—and make it worse by mangling the actual facts even though it’s all irrelevant anyway. She takes risks when there is no reward to be had. The 2012 election won’t be about where John Wayne was born — and that would have been true even if she had got it right.
