Are you kidding? They are drowning in self-esteem, because all their lives they've been given As for D-level work. Then they get jobs, the real quality of their work becomes apparent, they find themselves on probation at work and it's got to be the fault of those racist managers.

From our government’s response, apparently they are genetically inferior to white & Asian men; a sort of less- evolved being. This temporary solution is just a delaying action while the permanent solution (aborting & contracepting both of these groups into extinction) works it’s magic. I have no fear of competition from the blacks & Hispanics I attended a state school with; the ones who were “pushed up” to the next tier of schools, who are my academic equals - they are my competition. Unfortunately, several of them probably fell behind because they were put into a learning environment they were as unprepared for as I would have been.
As disgusted as I am with this issue, there is nothing as sad as sitting next to an affirmative-action token in a classroom; the blank looks and confusion, as they realize they are behind the rest of the class, and have been lied to in terms of their academic prowess, is heart-wrenching (seriously). Eventually they drop out of serious majors and gravitate towards “make-believe” school (”black studies” and such - segregation revived if there ever was), if not out of school altogether. While I can’t stand dealing with tokens, I know they are victims as well, though they often don’t know it (yet).

This illusion is dispelled very quickly for them when they are exposed to a “normal” workforce (private industry, not government make-work); they realize they don’t know much, and it burns them up inside.
I had two older white gentlemen visit me interested in doing business (banking); they brought a young black man, who apparently they were “mentoring” - he was to be our rep/contact if we were to proceed. We discussed various aspects of their services and our needs, but every time I asked the black man a question (as he would be the main contact), one of the other men would answer - he didn’t even attempt to. It was ridiculous if not so pathetic; when they left all 3 business cards went right into the trash and that bank (a big one) crossed off the list. Every large corporation is expected to carry their share of the public burden of our unassimilated underclass, but what kind of message is sent to the client when the problem is passed on to them? I have black employees; they are knowledgeable in their work, and sadly are often painted with the same broad brush as window-dressing tokens. This bank was doing this young man no favors; every meeting he was probably made even more aware of how much he didn’t know.
Silly you. Black minorities are burdoned because now they must compete on a level playing field. Surely you understand this is difficult for people who are dependent on the new plantation system (government) and who have little or no respect for education.
So, you see, it’s all quite logical.
I remember back in the 70s when the demrat commies moved to ban all references to race from employment and governemnt documents. Oops. When they tried to impose racial quotas, there was no way to quantify the desired result. Then, voila, all of a sudden we had hyphenated Americans and they were being tabulated every way possible.
Every time ideologies smack up against reality things get messy.
Bingo. Any vote against a black candidate or office holder is inherently racist. Sure you understand that very simple premise.

We just had one utter incompetent quit because he felt unappreciated. I mentored him as best I could, because he was a nice guy and he truly wanted to learn, but he just wouldn’t/couldn’t listen. I got to where I was having him repeat everything back to me, and what came out of his mouth was nothing like what went into his ears.

We didn’t fire him. He found another job and we threw him a nice party.
May I guess Wells Fargo? They have a big program going for diversity or inclusion or whatever it's called.

Comparing the court to a sports team, the Cincinnati Enquirer announced the “U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals on 0-15 losing streak,” reporting that the Supreme Court has now reversed fifteen cases in a row from the Sixth Circuit. The article calls this a “poor showing,” but cannot find any pattern in the cases. In death penalty cases, the Sixth Circuit affirmed execution in two, but in three it held execution improper. The Supreme Court reversed each time. .."
I would really like to see how the court explained the “burden”. They are obviously the real racists.

Girard College in Philadelphia was for white orphaned boys according to Girard’s will. Well, that was racist. They broke the will in the sixties, now it is 94% black, 5% hispanic — “integrated” they call it.
Hopefully the Supreme Court overturns this nonsense. One of the factors that kept affirmative action going to some extent was Sandra Day O’Connor’s partial support of it. But she’s gone now, replaced by a more solid conservative, and Anthony “Swing Vote” Kennedy mostly takes a dim view of addirmative action.

That’s a shame, when you consider how eager he was. Because he was a nice guy, I’m sure you wish him the best and hope he lands on his feet, but there’s only so long that can go on...
