Judge Perry had a sign on the door prohibiting any gestures

He sure did and he held up an identicle sign when he was questioning this jerk and asked if he'd read it.

I wrote down the words on the sign from a video and they are quite explicit. The guy is an idiot and the judge did a great job in controlling his courtroom.

Sign words:

Any gesture, facial expression or audible comment showing approval or disapproval during a court proceeding is absolutely prohibited.

This will all work out. Judge Perry reaffirmed that he will abide no crap in his courtroom. The guilty dufus, Matthew Barrett, will be paid big bucks by the Enquirer for his life story and all the details of his 6 day adventure in the Orange County jail.

I wondered if the judge was really going to throw this guy in jail for six days, or whether he'd assess the fine but suspend the jail sentence and give the guy a year of probation. If he gets in trouble during probation, he serves the six days of jail time.

But I guess not.

I checked the ‘inmate search’ of the Orange County Jail and the Dude was booked in last night at 6:50PM EDT.
