That is what I thought, just goes to show you who can give finger and who can’t. King Zero can do what he wants

Me too, couldn’t be the least interested, although I did see this story about the sign yesterday. It is kind of hard to avoid. I have failed to see the hysteria over this trial.

It’s an actual court rule.

Since they have complete control of their courtroom.....................If he had done it outside, he would be free right now.................

It okay on Jerry Springer Show. It is not okay in a courtrooom. The young man did not raise a 1st amendment right, which was wise.

I liked how this pansy kept saying he was sorry as if that would going to be accepted. You know if the Judge had just kicked him out he would have stepped outside and been all smiles about his great feat!

I wonder how long he cried last night in jail?

Not in a judge’s courtroom while a trial is in secession.

You've really never heard of contempt of court?

From what I understand, a courtroom spectator whispering in the ear of another spectator is technically enough to draw a contempt charge.

In this case I would have been most impressed if the judge had also cleared the room of spectators all together.

I see what you mean....BUT... that’s the same type of cr** that the teachers pulled on us...and we all knew that wasn’t fair.

No audible talking allowed....

It's ordinary court protocol....It's not a drive in theater.

Imagine if he had ‘’mooned’’ the lawyer. This judge is turning into another Ito

From time immemorial it has been understood that if you insult officers of the court, you will be held in contempt and subject to imprisonment, fines or both.

Maybe this judge is a good judge, maybe a bad judge.

But this is exactly the way this kind of thing should be handled.

A friend of mine was once held in contempt for going into the courtroom in cut off shorts and no shoes. It was only for the afternoon but it was a deliberate show of disrespect.

I saw it coming and I and the guy who had a court appearance kept our distance from him.

I wish they would show the pictures of this guy commiting the crime. I want to see just how obvious it was. We all know that Obama has given the finger in speeches several times which was subtle but a lot of people have picked up on it and have pictures. I just wonder if this guy was as subtle and if so how was it picked up among all the people in the room.
