This site has a time-delayed video along with maps based on infrared aerials.

Western portion of Bandelier Nat Monument is burning. Just east of Bandelier (for those who don’t know) across highway 4 is part of Los Alamos Nat labs.

Should be ‘time-lapsed’. My brain is kind of scamarbled right now.

For a boy growing up in North Dakota and Minnesota, the climate and terrain were just as “enchanting”. I could easily return there and live out my days....Lord willing.

I found the fire of hot peppers there, Hispanic cooking, my first wife (God rest her soul), my son....and the desert.

I've been in Alaska and Hawaii....and New Mexico comes in a close second to Alaska for me.
