How is it that an illegal alien has the right to postpone their deportation indefinitely by by simply claiming a civil rights violation in a country where they have no right to be in the first place, but an American citizen suffering under the ObaMao administration has no right to see documents establishing his constitutional eligibility to be CIC?

Such suits are dismissed without comment because the U.S. citizen plaintiff has no standing.

So how does someone not even legally present in the U.S. have standing?
