Perren said authorities do not believe it is his intention to harm innocent citizens or Marines, adding that the suspect has attempted to avoid casualties by acting during the nighttime and non-business hours. In fact, no one was injured in any of the shootings.
I've never seen a government official use this "tact" when discussing an off-hours abortion clinic bombing or arson attack. The entire movement to end infanticide is tainted by the criminal acts of a few people. But with REPEATED Islamist attacks on US military sites INSIDE the US, we use kid gloves and hem and haw that things are not what we think we see.
