South Africa President Jacob Zuma has snubbed the visiting Michelle Obama by sending his prisons minister to meet the first lady at the airport and failing to see her during her three-day stay.
Mr Zuma was out of the country for the first day of Mrs Obama's second solo trip abroad on Tuesday and although he returned on Monday night, aides said he was "not available" to meet her.
Instead, he arranged for Corrective Services Minister Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula to greet her on her arrival in Pretoria on Monday night, and one of his three wives, Nompumelelo Ntuli-Zuma, to meet her briefly on Tuesday.

South Africa is VERY UNHAPPY with Obama because of his illegal not-a-war War against Libya for European Oil.
Just last week, Zuma BLASTED Obama, and "issued a sharp riposte to an appeal by Hillary Clinton, the US Secretary of State, to African leaders to help remove Libya's Col Muammar Gaddafi.
"We strongly believe that the (UN Security Council) resolution is being abused for regime change, political assassinations and foreign military occupation,"

I never thought I'd say it, but on the subject of Libya and Col Muammar Gaddafi I tend to agree with Mr. Zuma. Libya's a sovereign nation. Why are we going to war against it? I agree that they're probably responsible for the Lockerby Bombing, but that is something for the Brits to settle.
My whole thing with Libya is the reasons the TOTUS gave for bombing them in the first place! Every stinking one of his reasons applied to Syria too. Not saying I want to pay for bombs to splatter Syria all over the place just yet, but where in the hell is the consistency? Does he really think nobody sees this?
Obama’s stated, and unstated reasons for bombing Libya have nothing to do with US national security or revenge for Khadaffy’s past terrorism against us. He’s doing it for the UN, the “Responsibility to Protect” loons, and the European oil customers.
JZ does keep busy.
Michelle should be honored with the privilege of having met Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula and Nompumelelo Ntuli-Zuma.
Did she also meet the sanitary workers at the airport?
