From what we’ve seen, read and/or heard, Casey Anthony would appear to be a narcissist, at best, a sociopath, at worst. Despite Geraldo Rivera’s feeble attempts to defend Casey Anthony on Fox News shows, I assume she’ll be convicted. I doubt they’ll execute her although she certainly is a candidate for execution, based on the specifics of the crime. That the defense tried to excuse Casey by accusing her father of molesting Casey as a child was reprehensible. Just the kind of lawyers this woman deserves.
No. You have to file notice of intent to rely on an insantiy defense long before the trial date.

That’s a fair point. Then I think to myself........should one laugh,giggle, what have you, at ANY point when you’re on trial for the murder of your child?

Casey isn’t nutty, she is a sociopath. She does what a sociopath does.
That is her intentions, she now knows they plan of killer sorry ass, only thing left is to go crazy. Or act that way.
