Democrats are so focused on race as their ultimate campaign tool that Republicans must field a candidate whose very authenticity and powerful ability to expose, spotlight, and demolish that weapon will penetrate the minds and hearts of millions. Understanding of America's founding ideas, passionate devotion to them, combined with the ability to articulate them packaged in a candidate whose very being exudes leadership and fearless tenacity will win a presidential debate over the shallow collectivist ideas of the current president.
For a large segment of voters, political experience, likeability, policy positions, and popularity will not, and cannot, overcome the "racist" charges which are certain to be drummed up. Democrats know that, and they have used it successfully in the past. Take away that emotional edge and win, or run the same old, same old "establishment" candidates and lose.
Any ideas?

While Trump said the right candidate could beat Obama in 2012, he said none of the current candidates — including Tim Pawlenty, who will enter the race officially today — make the cut. On that, I agree. But Trump doesn't improve the field.
